welp, I'm into complicated stuff that's prolly why I haven't given up on TGOH, it's still ongoing and I'm excited to see how it ends

You gotta end season 1 to understand what kiind of story it is. And it's epic. II can understand you stopped, I guess it's kinda slow, and there is a lot of characters, people hate remembering characters, but it's always been easy for me to remember names. So If read it, and Siu is my god, you won't ever stop me from recomending it when we are talking about "the best manga ever" (especially since they are is the same format :p i've been reading webtoons for years, and a lot of them blew my mind. Read Trace too)

I dropped tog bc of the personalities of the characters, which is all I know if why I dropped that particular series. I tried trace and it didn't resonate with me (story wise) but I saw the appeal. I'm still following The God of High school, and I really believe that The God of High school and Solo leveling are the best webtoons I've read to date. I simply read webtoons for pleasure and leisure. So I guess I don't enjoy twisted ones (that aren't horror or thriller, love those) bc I already read that in novels. It has nothing to do with "being complicated" or "too much memorization". It just.. lacked some general appeals, or perhaps thats simply my taste.

I can understand for trace, it was frustrating to follow 2 story, the one I hated the most became the one I loved the most... A rocky start but I was so glad I didn't drop it. Same for tog, the end of season 1 is so good, I still think it's a shame to miss it. But I guess, the author goes for the "big picture" so yeah, getting attached to 1 character in particular can be hard. I've read god of highschool, loved it at the start, it used to be in my big 3 with tower of god and Noblesse (I've read noblesse again lately... and I guess to got a liittle old :x) but it was the first that I dropped. Dunno what happened, I lost interest for it '-'
Seeing it become so popular years after I dropped it is a little weird xD
