Help me find it please!!

I'm looking for a yaoi manga.
I red this manga a while back so I don't remember much. Please help me find it.
There was a boy that liked to play piano. The other one was waiting for his girlfriend when he saw the first boy playing and started coming to listen after school.
There was a moment when they met - the piano boy was playing and remembering something about a full moon and a lion(a story his mother used to tell him) and when he opened his eyes he saw the other boy in front of him and to him he looked like the lion from the dream.
