Consent is honestly very simple. If there was a yes given by both parties than it is consensual. The underclassman rapes the upper classmate throughout this whole thing. There was a clear resistance from the beginning- This was wrong on sooooo many levels
I’m just wondering and I dont wanna fight anyone pls!!! I mean like if someone agrees to have sex with someone doesn’t it mean they have his/her consent and that its no considered rape ;b I may sound dumb but its my personal opinion
