I think seungho kinda knows the reason he is acting like that has something to do with the professor but doesnt know exactly what went down. Which bothers him. I feel like seungho wants Nakyum to low key stop liking his professor and start liking him even tho he won't say it. He wants Nakyum to stop giving him shallow responses and basically stop say what he wants to hear. It's sad cause I feel like Nakyum still believes he is a prostitute deep deep down inside him and he feels like there is nowhere for him to go so he should just deal with this.
