What drew me in was the tea. It was informative. It was interesting. But the longer I read, I don't find myself interested in the cast, or the romance. The only draw for me has been the tea recipes, and the love with which they're presented. I can't seem to like the cast the same way. I don't feel engaged by the plot.
That said, if you enjoy simple, straightforward plots, this is an okay read. There isn't really complexity, grand scheming, or mad conspiracy to be questioning. It's a very light read.
