I believe there is a good chance they will conceive a child. "Remember in the beginning we read that he was developing a synthetic pheromone for betas but the side effects were unknown. Heasoo was applying this in the form of deodorant back in the chapter when the crazy Ex made them split. He was packing Dojuns items and indicated that it wouldn't need to wear it any longer since they weren't together.
