What do you mean you don't know how to read anything here or how anything works?! Um, since you haven't specified any particular genre you'd like to read, just start with any completed series and see what works for you and what you like. Best to do it on your own, because what other people like, you may dislike. Seriously, it's not that difficult....just pick something.
you asked how to read - well, scroll down on the page of the manga you want to read and beneath the pictures (of the other works of the same mangaka) you just have to click on the first chapter and can begin reading. to get to the next page i`d recommend you just click on the page, it`s easier than clicking the "next" button for every page.
i took a look at your profile and saw that you chose a manga you want to read, it`s a good choice ;o)

a few things that might be useful:
to keep overall view i`d recommend once you read a manga you mark it as "already read" and mangas that are not completed yet as "now reading" - then you will get a notification if a new chapter is updated
you can make a list of the mangas you like - favorites or mangas you think you want to re-read sometime (for example you can click on my username above this comment and click on "list" in my profile)
if you find a list of someone else interesting, you can click on "follow this list," then you will find this list on your own profile
you can bookmark any particular page you like by clicking the "bookmark it" link at the top of that page, then it will be saved to your profile
