He can only use 10% of his power I believe they stole 90% of his powers and they probably assumed he would die with only being able to use 10% and not 100%
It only means that he's still super powerful with only 10% left. They really underestimated his power lol buncha jealous idiots. I really hope that he has a way to restore his power quickly so that he can annihilate those joke of people called heroes
Wait, how the heck can he use darkness power if he lost his power? So it wasn't just drained or temporary???
