I kinda find it awkward, I feel like they should already be at the stage where he calls her by her first name, because you would usually go from last name, wife, first name, and some Do little nicknames for each other
Maybe he should at least call her by her first name when they are alone
Yeah, I'm not sure if he wants to, and wants permission, being with alot of stories they ask the lady to say her first name, but I don't think she would mind if he did, so idk
