You can also read for "free" in lezhin, theres a section where you can complete missions (downloading games and completing the mission they put you) and get free coins, they have an expired date but its a 6 month one. BUT I think thats only on the android app. Not sure if it also works on the website on Iphone.

Tapas and Tappytoon, I only know these 2, that you can read comics without paying, just watch ads, it's super easy just take your time, if ads won't run, restart an application. If ads bore you, go buy inks/tokens, they're really cheap.
