for new upcoming manga, it's hard to get a comprehensive list since every scanslators only announces them on their sites. but you could find the ones already released using http://mangafox.me/ 'advanced search' function.
how to do it:
1. Click the 'advanced' button beside the search box and you'll be taken to the 'advanced search' page
2. don't type anything in the search boxes. leave them all blank
3. at the 'genres' choice tick the 'yaoi' button
4. set the Year of Released to 'after' 2014
5. leave all the other choices as they are
6. click the 'search' button
7. voila! you'll get a list of yaoi manga published from 2014 onwards
as far as I know mangafox is the only site having such admirably extensive search function

I don't mean the old one and no one know the manga but then it got translated so everyone thinks it's a new manga
I mean the one that gor released in 2014 or 2015
