Uncle x nephew is somewhat like cousin x cousin. This is my opinion though.
Nephew and uncle are considered incest like niece and uncle. First cousins, it depends on where you live. Generally not the greatest idea of they are going to have kids though. There is a much higher chance of genetic illnesses popping up.
