They could be 3rd generation cousins if Kazumi's mother or father is also Masahiro's cousin but is never mention. Hiroki is from another kabuki family that has been working together with Masahiro's family for generations. No family relation.

Anw, anybody can help me? I don't completedly understand the family relationship between Shougo and Kazumi; and I have no idea about how Hiroshi and Masahiro related :( Although I have seen the family chart :(((
