It’s just a translation mess up
I said this to someone else as well:
There are two characters that spell Ichika in Japanese. They happen to be the exact same characters, just backwards for Naruse's first name Keiichi. So I'm guessing that's where the confusion came from when Daiki is referring to Ichika and says Keiichi instead.
is keiichi ichika's real name? like ichika is his nickname or smth? idk this is the only thing i can think of which explains why daiki calls him keiichi
