Well, they are low chunky heels, so I'm sure they don't hurt or anything. I used to wear low chunky heels every sunday to church from 6 to 16 and they never hurt. Actually if you have a low arch, heels are better for your feet. I dunno if she has a low arch, but they shouldn't be bad for kids, lol
Historically speaking (from what small knowledge I learned from Bernadette Banner) heels back then were made a whole lot better than they are now). Since that was what they mostly wore, they were more comfortable and sturdy to withstand the long wears.
But that said, yeah they are pretty low and chunky, like well kids heeled shoes
