To put it simple : Omegas and female betas can get pregnant. Alphas and male betas can get the previous two pregnant.

No Ive read one were betas can't get male omegas preggers, each author decides their own rules

I don't know how omegaverse works, pregnant are different from reality? I just want a baby, I NEED a baby from them ;-;
