Can you explain what's he was talking after he saying sorry ?

Basically everything Joowon is saying is a lie. He still didn't tell haesoo how he feels. They were talking about their childhood and how it was fun and he wanted their relationship to be like that too

For what he is sorry ? Why are you telling it's lie ? Because to me he was sincere

Everything he said to Haesoo was said because it had to be said. It's not something he wants. He loves Haesoo but he had to set him free. Proud of Jowoon here. Haesoo seemed surprised at the end because he didn't expect that from Joowon.
