The male can use the second passage (birth canal) to impregnate the other male and they can produce amniotic fluid and other things like pregnant women. They can give birth naturally but that sometimes puts the male mother at risk so a c-section is often preferable ╮(￣▽￣)╭

He can produce an egg cell as well just as in a normal pregnancy and I think that depending on the manga, they can also produce sperm as omega males but that sperm has no chromosomes so they can’t make a baby with another omega is what I would like to think happens because there has been omega x omega manga where they have sex but don’t produce a baby because they have no active sperm cell to fuse with the egg cell.
