The plot was this :
A guy (bottom) goes back in time when he was still in high school to his past self as a little ghost and tries to convince himself to not fall in love with the top, because he will only hurt our main protagonist.
I also remember the top giving the bottom salted carmel sweets which he made himself.
Can someone help me find the title?
