This is the order.... though I have to say I didn't watch "Hakuouki Reimeiroku" first but that's cos I didn't want at the time about it. :)

Also if you want to watch the movies, from what I have read it's best to watch the anime first, even though the movies will have alot of the same from the anime, it will be confusing to people who haven't seen the animes, plus they say there are some things in the movies that's not in the anime. I haven't seen them yet to say myself. Just thought I would let you know.
