I’m sorry if I’m rude but this is just plain dumb but izz okay its your opinion. It’s stated since the first chapter that she’s used to being kidnapped or seen things she’s not supposed to. Second ANONYMOUSLY tip the police that she was harassed? You need evidence for that. You can’t just report someone like that and if you think “well she has evidence so” it’s still a no since her family is a YAKUZA and even if you think “well she could’ve said it to her family” well she didn’t because she didn’t want trouble for both families BUT the Male Protagonist reported him to his father and beat the hell out of him and so the other family has had the gist of what happened too. And if you are talking about the next chapters, the girl stated “don’t show your face to me again”, “you have some nerve” when the guy came back and she was also always mad when talking to him. Also just because you had a reaction from your experience doesn’t mean everyone will also react that way. And I think because it is NOT a slice of life but just an exaggerated Shoujo romance not everything is supposed to be taken seriously because it’s supposed to be a doki doki story like the mangaka’s other story. Also I am not defending his actions for him sexually harassing him but I want to make it clear that some points “dumb”. Also I know that it is your own life and choice but please refrain from doing rants like this in other stories that doesn’t need to be “criticized” since old users like us hate seeing this site become like twitter. If you don’t like it just give it a low rating.

I think that saying well she is used to it so why report or get angry is something that I wouldn't expect an adult to say. But I thought I was an adult, and that as an person (of any age) I was entitled to my opinion without someone saying well I think you are dumb but you are entitled to talk anyway.
I believe that she wouldn't be the one starting trouble, I believe that she wouldn't be blamed for anything.

I would understand if you said well not everyone reports crimes because they don't want to relieve the experience, or not everyone wants to report crimes, and I would have said "alright I did think of that after posting the rant, but I don't think I could edit that". So his father beat him up, but in your world that makes up for raping someone? Just lie putting rants a d rant warning are my choice reading one, responding to one, and responding to who you thought was a child that way (calling their poins dumb without instructing them patiently ) and ordering them not to put rants is your choice. I understand that not everyone reacts that way and that it is an exaggerated manga that's why I said "I know it is fiction and that there are worst thin in other Mangas, but this is My bottom line" as in this is my reason for not read g it anymore. I agree!! I haven't gotten to that part yet, but I saw some scenes online since this was recommended to me on an Instagram manga page i follow. I'm guessing it's the light haired guy that was supposed to be Romeo right??┗( T﹏T )┛Also, I am so sorry for the fact you got sexually harassed. Sexual harassment is horrible and nobody should ever have to go thru that!!

That's true, sometimes scenes sound right in your head, and you think they are perfect until you put them on paper, or until someone else reads them and tells you something.
Yeah it's not right but it's very common in Asia to bury this kind of issue. People victim shame quite heavily and unless there is proof they don't want a scandal connected to them. Even though we know that there is no shame and it is not the victims fault. It is still a major problem there.
Ya I'm asian and have been to Japan and quite a few times. They have a huge problem with sexual assault and it's not taken seriously a lot of the times sadly.
I didn't know this happened, it's sad that they don't get to voice their anger, or sadnes, it makes you feel powerless already.
OK, beginning of a rant right now, so warning for everyone.
I just caught up with this Manga and I got to say it reached one of my bottom lines. Now I know it is fiction, and that there are worse things in other Mangas but...
Her excuse for not doing anything against her almost rapist is what reached my bottom line. As someone who was seaxually herassed I don't like how they portrayed this part, know it is fiction and that I shouldn't relate this to real life but I got angry at her excuse. (this is only my opinion no one has to think this way, and no one has to react this way, it just happened to me)
Even if she is worried about angering a rival yakuza, I believe the boat has sailed, what with him trying to rape, kidnapped, and threatened to harm at knife point the yakuza heads daughter from a rival gang.
Let's say she doesn't want to cause trouble with a rival gang, so why not call the police anonymously? (As a fellow member of this website already pointed it out this can't be done without evidence so sorry for putting this part)
If he does it now against her without any repercussions who is to say he won't do it again to someone who doesn't have anyone to protect her and save her, or anyone that doesn't have a powerful family backing her.
She is thinking about everyone's effort in a play, but would you like it if your friends were around a person who almost raped you? And the next chapter made it worse because they didn't even need him for the play, therefore, her excuse became null and stupid. I know he did it to get a raise out of Makio, but the way she did things at the end is what got to me.
