This manga suddenly reminded of someone I came across who can actually taste words. His favorite words is earthquake which tatse like chocolate.

    He can taste the words that he says and read. Not sure if they he can also taste what other people say.

    It could b synaesthesia, if I listen to music I can see shapes explain a texture and sometimes a taste so I'd say they're the same thing, theres many ways for it to work
