Cho han got suspicious on Cale when he named the dragon Raon Miru and it mean in korean is joyful dragon and Choi han recognized it... he ask cale and cale said it pop in to his mins something like that.

As far as I could remember, Cale and Choi Han go to the fake Dragon Slayer Syrem to get his ancient powers. When Choi Han gets the ancient powers, the God of Death shows up to him and grants the memory of another Choi ( Choi Han's paternal nephew once removed or something) and there he finally finds out from that Choi's memory about Cale/KRS' origin

Choi Han got the memories before the big battle in the empire/kind of civil war against WS's subordinates. The one where Cale replaced all their magic stones with rocks. I think it was ~ch300-320? One of my favourite reveals.
To those who have read the novel, I'd like to ask. Will Choi Han ever get to know that Cale is isekai-ed too?
