It's about the manager of a Konbini that hires a middle aged guy. And the middle aged guy messes up so the manager threatens to fire him but he begs him to let him stay since he has kids to put through school and such. So the manager gives him a chance and spies on him at work and notices that the middle aged guy is only nervous around him and that's why he messed up. Eventually they have sex... Also the middle aged guy was big and hairy, not a bishie.
