It was the Girl Boris had an car accident with, the one who was raped and commited suicide after. (Someone told me so)
It was addressed to Tracy and I'm like, who the fuck is Tracy? Then a bit later he mentions that if it weren't for her, Boris might not had intervened while he was attacked.
