The composition is beautiful, seeing Doumeki's hand gripping Yoshiro's knee, probably the most possessive gesture we've seen him do so far. Yoshiro's grip on Doumeki's shirt recalls their initial attempt in the clinic and the look on Yoshiro's face is just agony. Perfect frame.
