No worries. It looks like when Yiyi absorbed that weird spirit that Rorou stole from amulet it gave him luck and health and overturned his bad luck. I also suspect his acting skills will also improve and he'll be famous in no time which in kdrama =more conflict.
It's comedy and all, but being fated to be unlucky all your life and die young is terribly depressing. If the sperms weren't switched, Yiyi would've died in that stunt accident and orphaned his 4 yr old kid.
