Hmm..

Even though I do like stories such as switched bodies, or basically living as a new person altogether while your past self is "dead"... this one just doesn't sit right to me.

First of all, I have no problems with MC's "child-like" personality despite her age. For me, MC's age definitely shows due to her experience, as the EG employee who handled a lot of tasks in the workplace, and the way she take on situations head-on, etc.

But that's where my problem comes after with this webtoon; the way the people around her react to her previous identity, the cues and everything are enough to conclude her real body may be dead. However, MC never really caught on.

At first, I've given the story a benefit of the doubt that perhaps further down in the story- there will be a twist of her previous body being alive but in a comatose state, or she already knew she may be dead but deluded herself in denial. BUT even so, she would have done her best to know about the truth about her situation. MC was too carefree for me. Even though her movements are now limited due to strict observance, as an adult, she would have thought a lot of ways to able to have a leeway.

"If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse."

This quote sums up what MC is doing right now. She could have just directly visited her brother to ask the details, "blackmailed" an employee to reveal information, and so much more.

Instead, MC resolves her previous self's unfinished business in her workplace in hopes of getting a promotion... after she finally returns to her old self? Are you kidding me? Why is this her priority when these things can be all for naught once the truth is out? Can't she at least confirm what really happened to her real body first before jumping to conclusions? I don't understand her actions at all.
