Well, as a translator myself, that'd be a bit too mean though or rather disrespectful towards the one who even so translated it. True that there are some pointless stuff. I've had requests about some rather...pointless and lame titles..

It'd be good to have along 'want to read','now reading' and 'already read' one with 'on hold' or 'dropped'. Some manga titles are on hiatus like forever, others are actually originally dropped. So...
