I only remember the later twist and though my memory is kind of foggy it could be either Nitta Youka (though that's rather unlikely) or Motoni Modoru - but I could be totally wrong.

The story is about 3 people. One guy(seme), his gf & his friend(uke). When they were in college, after a party when everyone went to sleep the seme & his gf were having sex, meanwhile the uke woke up and kept looking at them. The gf notice and gave the uke a blow job while the seme was banging her. At that time the seme & uke 1st noticed each other. After that they became casual sex friends. There was also another scene where the girl was doing it with both of them through normal & anal way. After her orgasm the girl says how they both came inside her at the same time. What she doesn't know is that the seme & uke actually came because they could feel each other even while doing it her(i don't know how to say this in a more decent way TT__TT). The twist comes later when the manga has a time skip where the seme is married to gf & still friends with uke. Suddenly the seme's wife is killed by an assasin & the uke looses all his memory. The seme supports the uke at that time & while this period they finally get to reciprocate each other's feeling. During this period the uke wonders if it was he himself who contracted the assasin, but he can't remember anything. Another twist comes when the uke gets his memory back and get's to know that it was actually the seme who contracted an assasin to kill his wife so he could be with the uke.
