Well...It seems like we all agree about how it feels like Makoto "settled" for Yuki because he couldn't have Tsuda. But let's face it., that's what usually happens when people try to get over an unrequited love. They settle for someone else, who treats them well and try to get on with their life....But don't kid yourself, that unrequited love will always be special, like a dream that you hold dear and carry in your heart forever. That longing may fade with time but it never goes away completely. Affection is usually consistent and doesn't waver just because you want it to... :(
