Thanks for the replies so far but its neither of those!! its a bit older and its a work relationship and a new thing that i kinda remember is that the ukes ex worked at his previous company and when the relationship got found out he kinda blamed the uke for it and said he was coerced or something (hopefully im not mixing up mangas though)

I forget the name but i remember some details:
1. The uke is called a straight man seducer
2. the seme is transferred to a different location after they start seeing each other so the uke ends the relationship
3. after the transfer the uke breaks down crying and a colleague sees him and thinks he's pretty but he's also friends w/ the seme
