Okay, here's what I think. I really don't believe the idea that Mr. Han has genuine feelings for Param. It's possible that he's just trying to get under his pants.
I don't peg him as the type to commit in relationships so yeah, I don't necessarily like him yet.
On the other hand, our dear Hwi seems to be falling to our boy Param. Yay~
