Can we talk about how admirable Azuma is for a second? He clearly didn't like Izumi getting the role in the movie, but he didn't say anything bad. He wasn't swayed by his agent's shit-talk about Izumi and even shut her up (twice.) He was the first one to clap when Izumi had to confess everything in that meeting.
