It's so extremely predictable that it hurt to continue reading. I could have read a two sentence summary and still gotten all the information. "Cute girl likes the senpai that is hard working and distant and the senpai's hot brother tells cute girl that senpai is again, hard working and distant. Senpai gets jealous of hot brother because cute girl is cute and hot brother is hot, senpai then realizes he likes cute girl, the end"
I could name my dog "dog" and it would still be more creative than this story.
