Love Dobin, but his art style’s changed

I love Dobin, but I recently reread the chapters from the beginning and I miss how he was drawn before. He’s was still cute but his body and face were much more masculine, looked like he had more muscle. After comparing the old chapters (around 20’s) to the most recent epilogue it seems like he’s gradually been made to look smaller more true uke like. I get it cuz he’s now supposed to be an uke instead of a seme, but I wouldn’t have mind his old art style or rather I might even prefer it more.
