You're not the only one thinking that. I too am in the same boat. Really wish the author made it more clear.
I'm still pretty confused the author probably did that but I at least wanted to see a scene where the male Mc was alive not in the will but like after surgery
╮(￣▽￣)╭ Such a cute happy ending. I think the author's choose in the ending was a wise move because if it ended any other way, I'm sure it would have ruined the book. The story line was so intense and heart breaking but worth it.
