Why some part's of it is different from the one in webtoon?

When a Webtoon is chosen for the official release, which actually gets monetized, and not just canvas, where user are able to post whatever whenever they want, they have to fulfill certain quality standards

Many authors edit their work and restructure is because of that. I believe Everywhere & Nowhere went through the same process, if I am not wrong with my understanding of things.
