that's so true.I think Arina Tanemura didn't like it either.She was forced to end it suddenly.I remember reading an article of her interview about sakurahime kaden.She said that it's not even a quarter of the story

yes but not everything has been translated here yet. I do not recommend finishing on reading this manga.(it's your freedom to continue tho).. Including me,lots of people who has already finished reading this complained about the ending..well I actually haven't seen anyone who was really happy with the ending. It was rushed and lots of issues has not been solved.
I'm pretty sure that out of all the people,Arina Tanemura(mangaka) had it tough the most. Most probably,the sudden end of this manga was due to an internal conflict in the publishing (lots of manga with rushed endings has this problem)
She's doing 31 Ai Dream right now,it's an ongoing manga and I recommend reading it. There's even an appearance of a "special character" there! (you'll know what I mean when you read it!!) :)
At some point of the manga I was honestly disappointed with the plot...(〜￣△￣)〜
