I meant that he is clearly an workaholic. And doesn't know what to do with his free time other than worry about work LOL I mean, he bough an abacus and a fountain pen! And he seem bothered that his new colleagues are so chill and that there isn't much to do.
I just read the novel and yes, even before also getting sucked in, they talked about how overworking he is. And I also agree with you. Imo, I feel like he’s the saint instead.
