I think Ally is saying "oppa" that translates as "brother" in English. "Oppa" is how girls refer to their older brothers / close older male friends / boyfriends in korean.

She’s probably saying “Oppa” like what tia_KM said which is what females in South Korea call males that are older than them regardless of you are related to them or not. Kind of like onii-chan/onee-chan for the Japanese. It just means big brother.
