It’s the typical BL approach of force myself into your life and that’s seen as romantic. It does harm but if you internalize this viewpoint as most do from the media we consume, this would seem perfectly normal despite how unhealthy how it is. He acts like he has a right to “own” and posses him because he’s attracted to him. Not that he actually respects the MC’s boundaries in any way.
