Don't. Killing Stalking is not a good beginning manga. in fact it's a horrible recommendation

What they said^ PLEASE do not start off with KS, with all the horrible shit that goes on, it can't even be considered yaoi.

i think Harada-sensei's "Color Recipe" is a good story to start off with if someone is trying to get into psychological or fuked up story :|
Then slowly they can go to Killing Stalking, Warehouse, Feeding Lamb, Orc's Bride etc
