Ikr! He even changed himself for the sake of Fukuro. He was totally in love. He wasnt main in the other story but he definitely stood out. And his skills at baseball were outstanding ! I loved the extra art at the end that athor drew. I sometimes wish i could see such great sports skills in putasmile but ..anyway every story is different. Talking about story , why arent there any translators note in Hyacinth by Raindalee ? I kinda lowkey was disappointed or maybe high key. Lol. I have never read this much informative n creative translators notes with words, so my standards have become high now. Lol. Ig young translators should learn from it. Not complaining tho, i love the memes they put nowadays.

I liked Shiratori in both stories. I'd like to throttle the people who "can't forgive him because he was about to rape Chun." This would not be a Yamamoto Kotetsuko manga if Shiratori was really going to rape Chun. Even if nothing else was stopping him, he would have stopped himself at the last minute. He was never going to rape Chun. Yamamoto Kotetsuko's books are lighthearted and comical, they really don't include violent rape.
To claim that he would have raped Chun even when he didn't is an assumption not worthy of
Yamamoto Kotetsuko. Her characters do outrageous things, and they're funny as hell. It's in the nature of this character to be a maniac for love, and he's cute and sexy as he makes a fool of himself over and over again for his beloved childhood crush, Chun.
He has a steadfast heart, he's dedicated to maintaining his skill at baseball. That's not easy. He's sweet and generous to a fault with Chun, and he didn't commit any crimes, so really, lets lighten up on Shiratori.
