Just skip one or two...... I also have dozens of story which I have put a pause...... Don't complete it just bcz u started it.... Read recent ones which r coming and read ones which u saw in comment section and in the end you'll be able to enjoy both at a time... And if u again found new one then read that... And leave rest for tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow (may tomorrow not come until u again see the cover in comment section)....
I mostly play russian roulette with it. Once I got tired of it, I started sorting out the ones I would really like to read in a tag and choose one out of that section once I feel like reading. You don’t have to read it if you don’t want to, it’s meant to entertain you, not make you feel stressed.
i always wait for the story to be completed and just binge it. reading based on latest updates doesn't work for me. im forgetful as fuck so i always forget how the story went and who is who
Oh whoops I misread the question. I drop the manga and then read it once it’s been completed.
honestly instead of waiting for the manga to be updated i put the manga on my reading list and wait until they are completed because its just better, well for me:)

yep just leave it till it finishes, then binge what u want in the order you feel like! also, don’t read anything u don’t really want to. there’s a lot of manhwa ive started and feel that i should be reading but i just can’t bring myself to bother (yours to claim, love or hate, to name a few). remember ur reading manhwas for enjoyment - it’s not a task! :)

so ive been reading yaois and other mangas for around 2 and a half years ( new account ) and ive always just read it by the latest updates but i havent had enough time recently so its been pilling up to like 60 pages that arent read and its making reading yaoi seem like a chore instead of just reading it for fun. do you guys have any other way of reading it?
