It isn't yaoi, I have gotten more than half way through and there hasn't been a single yaoi reference. It is just a mistake in the genres.

no yaoi, and if I remember right, not much romance either. But one of the best mangas I've ever read (lots of suspense and awesomeness)
basically a really good seinen with awesome characters ^^
