Well I'm not sure I completely understand it myself. I'm guessing it has to to with where the author posts the manhwa on the webtoon site. It might be a contract issue and if that's the case, this could be on hiatus for a long time. Anyway, this is what I'm inferring from the Facebook post of the fan club.

This might be a contract problem with TTale since many authors have been having the same problem from what I've heard...(Not 100% sure)
