Ok so a looong time ago, I'm pretty sure I read a manga that I remember incredibly little from. I've tried to find it myself but I can't find it. So that littke I remember is character A was sneaking out(?) of character B's room through the window and somehow slipped and landed on a branch and hurt their "special place", much later sexy times, or something. Thought there might have been some impotence issues but can't find it in those tags
