This 'time between dog and wolf' title sounds familiar. Not much of a linguistics expert but is it a proverbs?? I'm sure I've heard it somewhere someway.

Hahaha, as far as I know, there is a korean drama with the same name. (▰˘◡˘▰)

It's a French expression, le temps entre chien et loup, which means dawn or dusk

Le temps entre chien et loup in latin "Inter canem and lupum". It pointed to the moment when man cannot distinguish the dog from the wolf because it is too dark to tell them apart.
