No, even though it shares the same panel with what Asami says, those are definitely Takaba's thoughts. All dialogue/thoughts for that chapter belong to Takaba. J Unleashed

It's usually pretty obvious to guess. In this case it's Akihito's inner thoughts. The only time we see Asami with this kind of confused inner dialogue is in one of the recent extras showing their life at home. In this chapter it's all Akihito.
